Can I see what's inside the box?
Yes, simply hover your mouse over the box and click "What's Inside". You will see what products are slated for the produce box for the coming week. You are able to swap items and customize more to your liking once logged in to your account.
Please note that the contents of the box are subject to change due to harvest complications that may arise and cause a last minute changes.

Is your produce Organic?
We are proud to offer a wide range of produce options so that you can make a decision that is right for you and your family. USDA certified organic products will be clearly labeled as "Organic" on our site. Many of our small farm partners adhere to more natural growing practices but may not have the Organic certification. Their customers may have a clear understanding of their growing methods and often farms do not find the label and its costs to obtain and maintain beneficial.
As such, their produce cannot be labeled as 'Certified Organic' and will be deemed 'Pesticide Free' on our site.
Conventionally grown produce is also labeled as such.

What is your order minimum?
We ask that you please order a minimum of $30.00 from anything that falls under our "Fresh Produce & Plants" category before adding on additional non-produce items.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Thank you for the compliment. As a token of our appreciation, we'll send you and your referred friend, each $5 off your next order. All they have to do is list you in the "Referral" field at sign up and receive their first order.

We strongly believe in supporting local agriculture. We source from local farms we have personal relationships first. We venture out from there to source Florida grown and Regionally grown items.
We also understand that you may want items like apples or asparagus, which are not locally or regionally grown. We work to make these specialty items available for your convenience.
Rest assured, we are transparent with sourcing. Items in the online farmers market which are locally or regionally grown are labeled as such.

Do you deliver to me?
If you live in Tampa, Riverview, Lithia, Valrico, Apollo Beach, Sun City or surrounding areas of these cities - we probably do!

Can I customize my box?
Yes! You may login to your account and make swaps to customize the box before your cutoff day/time.

There is no checkout button - How do I know my order will arrive?
There is NO checkout button here! We use order cutoff times to finalize your cart. If there are products in your cart, once your cutoff day and time has passed, then your order is confirmed and will be delivered.

What time should I expect my delivery?
Deliveries can occur between 8am and 4pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the phone number on your account can receive text messages, you will receive a a text message once your order has been delivered.
And PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE consider leaving out a cooler with ice if you might not be home and especially if receiving any dairy, eggs or frozen items. Better yet, consider asking a friend or neighbor to collect your delivery until you return.

What if I receive something that is not to my liking?
We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with a particular item, please notify us via text or email within 24 hours of receiving. Your card is not charged until after your delivery or pick up is made.
Do you reuse the packing materials?
Yes, if the cardboard insert in the bottom of your bag is in good condition! Please help us in doing so by leaving the cardboard insert(s) outside on your next scheduled delivery day, and the driver will make the exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot reuse egg cartons, or plastic bags or cartons used to pack the produce.
